Diggin' the Modern Dance

Ok so I will admit that I've laughed at the concept of modern dance.  I've been a scoffer and critic yes.  My last venture to a modern ballet performance in SF proved to be similar, especially when a guy behind us gasped in the middle of the performance, "WOW.  That looks hard!"

However, tonight I was proven wrong.  We were invited by a friend, Frank, to a performance in San Jose for the SJ Dance Co.  They practice at SJ State and he has been and is quite involved with the company for many years.

Of course I didn't like all of it but I'd say I would pay to see at least half of the numbers that I saw today.  Everyone's a critic but it's pleasantly surprising and humbling when you're proved wrong.

Damn Kim x2, you've gone on quite the posting spree as of late. The pic of the galbi looks good, your novacaine reactions sounds similar to mine except I seek it, I keep telling them i can feel them poking until i can't feel anything from the neck up lols. Dental pain is the absolute worst pain to deal with in my opinion. Hope all is well with you and Dru and keep snapping those nice postcard pics (which i think you should do, you can supply hallmark with their card pics! could be a future endeavour!)

I've been quite out of it for a while so I'm back with a vengeance I guess!...an I believe it's safe to assume that this is Mashi Maro asking for the Novocaine yes? haha
