School’s Out Forever

Congratulations to my li’l sis who is the first Kang to finally finish her time at her institute of higher learning. This would be the University of Kristen in Sydney, Australia where school is spent on the beaches and traipsing in the mountains doing heaven-knows-what. Hehehe…Just joking Kris. Kevin and I have still much more to go. He with his Bachelor’s Degree and who knows what after that…a Master’s in the “Lord of the Dance”? I with my Master’s and who knows what else I’ll want to take up afterwards! I have a feeling I’ll forever be a student somehow.

So our Kristen is now the first to finish her professional learning and has officially graduated from her Teacher’s college program in Aus, soon to be hitting the classrooms full of hormonal teens. If you read my blog from this weekend, you’ll know that I think she is suicidal.

Kristen’s always wanted to be a teacher, much like my unnie, Lana (who is taking an extennnnnnnded maternity leave in Singapore =P). So ironically enough I’m thinking I need to change the title of this blog. Kris, you’re going to be IN school forever!!!

Seriously, she’s a trooper for wanting to teach High School. If I were the teacher, I can only come up with two words…body bags.
