Ramblings...

* My computer at work is still bung and my laptop has been taken over by Kevin the spawn boy.
* DCB – “Remedy” the new album is being recorded right now and they’re going to be in Santa Clara (10 min away from Andrew) on my BIRTHDAY (may 12th)…and the only words I can say to express my utter disappointment is, “That lucky bastard”.
* Hillsong United – CD release is April 10th. Concert, June 2nd. Gotta purchase those tix.
* Good Friday is fast approaching. Do I make Turkey? Roast Beef? K.D.? None of the above?
* T is for Tango, not Bango…who the heck says Bango? If you want to know more about this story, just ask. It’s a funny thing that happened at the office today.
* I’m averaging 2.5 coffees a day, 1 of the 2.5 is decaf but this can’t be good for me.
* I think I’d like to live in inner city Toronto, i.e. Regent Park. It would be a blessing to serve that ministry.
*I chew through more plastic coffee stir sticks in a day than I do gum. I must have some sort of canine ancestry swimming around in my gene pool or something.
* My eyes are starting to glaze over from the fluorescent lighting that looms over my very bright computer screen. Someone came in yesterday to fix the light, only to make it even brighter. Man alive...
* If I don’t find someone to take the role of EM Pastor at the corps, God will.
* Although I think I sound like David Crowder on the guitar, according to many others I’m far from it.
* Half of my friends are married, a few have kids already, and I’m still a kid…eek!
* If I could be anywhere in the world right now, I’d be outside on the edge of one of the “Loch’s” or “Isles” in Scotland, my bonnie country, with a beer or cider-shandy in my hand, and some proper fish n’chips wrapped in newspaper with lots of malt vinegar and salt doused over the whole lot in my other hand, finished off with a good book and a blanket on the ridiculously emerald green grass with some sheep on the steep hills behind me. You think Canadian air is clean, you should breathe in this Scottish stuff…it’s amazing and even after 8 years my lungs still crave it. I wonder if New Zealand is even half as wonderful as Scotland. Maybe I should take a long trip just to compare the two. Hmmmmm.

* Kim wanders off to expedia.ca to see what adventures they have to offer…
