Vacay for Me!
Andrew and I are currently sitting in our hotel room in Gangnam, Seoul. Lucky for us, his cousin Leo got married this past weekend giving us a great excuse to come over here. In the past our vacations have been non-stop whirlwind tours where we hit up 3-4 tourist spots a day. Exhausting but hey, when will we be back right?
In Seoul, it's been the laziest vacation we've had in a while and it's great! Meeting friends, no schedule, eating great food, and taking it easy so far. We've got 2 weeks so it'll be nice to not to be so wiped out by the time we get back home.
So far we've hit up the palace at night (forgot my SLR), met up with a bunch of friends, walked Insadong, lantern festival, Posco building, and had yummy things to eat. Will post pictures as I go!
P.S. the G20 summit has come to town and starts today. Why does this event seem to follow us? Last time it was while we were in Toronto, now, they're 2 subway stops down from us. The good thing is that everyone is speaking english for all the foreigners - hallelujah!
