Happy Easter

Although it is usually the most crazy time of the year for me (other than Christmas), Andrew and I had a very quiet Easter. I think it was just something that was needed. Not because we don't want to celebrate the resurrection of our Lord and Saviour, but because we have just been in much need of a quiet moment.

I feel like this Easter has been a lot more about inner reflection and contemplation on what Jesus accomplished on the cross and how He wanted his bride (the church) to carry on his mission. His Kingdom come, His will be done, on Earth as it is in heaven.

What is that supposed to look like? What are we doing to seek His will daily? I am not sure but am hoping to live it out somehow as an ambassador of reconciliation. Will you join in the crusade?

Our Father in heaven,
hallowed be your name,
your kingdom come,
your will be done,
on earth as in heaven.
Give us today our daily bread.
Forgive us our sins
as we forgive those who sin against us.
Save us from the time of trial
and deliver us from evil.
For the kingdom, the power, and the glory are yours
now and forever. Amen.
