As usual, I've been busy.
As usual, I've been trying to harness those creative brain cells somewhere in that thing I call my head.
As usual, I've had some interesting things happen and met some interesting people.
As usual, I'm tired.
And I'm content =)

Just got back from Boot Camp 3 - a territorial event for TSA youth leaders to equip, train and renew them for their very....er...interesting, challenging and hard-on-your-heart ministry. I was blessed to meet new people, see friends I have made over the 2 and some-odd years I've been in California, met an ex-Disney Imagineer, the previous Westmont chaplain, the previous president of Youth Specialties, and the current visionary for Group Publishing. Cool eh?

My baby brother comes to visit soon - 2 more weeks!!! I'm so excited and I just can't hide it. Sorry - couldn't resist. He's got limited vacation time so I'm hoping that school, work, and life as I know it doesn't freak out while I put things on hold to soak up the short time I have with him here.

Just a quote (abbreviated of course) from one of my lectures from the class I'm taking currently at seminary - Gospel, Church and Culture:

If you think that you're not "called" to ministry, think again! The transforming power of the gospel in your life compels you to love God and love those around you. It's all about relationships. That is your ministry.
