Amazing

I know I cruised through elementary school with flying colours and managed to keep afloat through highschool with a decent average (extreme highs and extreme fails) and 3 university acceptances to my 3 applications. Then my Bachelor of Arts began and my 4 years of university was spent helping my then-boyfriend get through the architecture degree that he was working on (I should have an BArc!). So my GPA was never something that was given much attention to, and to be honest, my self esteem in regards to my intellect and academic prowess was nothing short of pathetic. Needless to say, I graduated, but poorly.

Then after 1 and a half years away from school, I took a gamble at it once again - trying my hand at Tyndale Seminary just because I wasn't getting enough "meat" in my church Bible studies. I can proudly say that since then I have accepted a full time admission to the MDiv program and until this year, held up my 3.9 GPA. Woohoo!

So today I found out that this has dropped slightly =( to 3.67 so I've gone from a 96 to 93 percentile. I am sad but determined to bring it back up again. However, I am amazed that I've pulled it together once again. Just amazed. If you met me 4 years ago - you'd see that I had given up. If you met me 4 years ago, you might have slapped me for my characteristic stubborness. If you met me 4 years ago, you might have cared anyway - but this is really huge for me.
