Kickoff Kickoff Kickoff

Well, so much for the sleeping on the plane since my seat was busted and wouldn't recline. 11 hours on a plane and you can't even sleep! Never-the-less, our trip to London and Paris was wonderful and I will have to fill you in on pictures and stuff later. I've at least added a picture of St. Paul's Cathedral from the Millennium Bridge. IHQ is on the right, in front of St. Paul's.

As of late, I've been traveling around the Golden State Division in our DHQ band ensembles. This week I was in Turlock, Merced, Modesto, Salinas and San Fran. We've had 4 turkey meals and I've had 2 more just this weekend alone. Crazy eh? I love turkey but I'm starting to feel like a Butterball giant myself. We traveled to support the kettle kick-offs this week and we have one more to go to in Santa Cruz tomorrow. Right on the boardwalk - yipee!

Don't forget to volunteer for bell ringing this season! People are in need more than ever these days and The Salvation Army can truly take that money and give it back where it's needed in each community.

Counting down to our 4th American Thanksgiving here in Cali. I predict turkey in my future...
